4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If you are charged multiple times for the same booking or your payment is deducted but the ticket is not issued, please contact us immediately. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed.
5. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details before completing the purchase. Tickets purchased with incorrect information (such as wrong date, time, or event) are not eligible for refunds.
